Volunteer Your Time for Community Theatre

The Winding River Players is your Community Theatre, and as such, we need your help in bringing live theatre to the people of our area. Every production is the result of people like you, volunteering your their time and talents to being the magic of theatre to our audiences. There's a lot of work associated with every production and the old saw the 'many hands make light work' couldn't be truer. Regardless of your theatre experience, you can make a difference!

We need people doing every facet of theatre. Actors? Of course! But acting is only a part of the people and talents needed to mount a production. Without the people behind the scenes, there would be no show! If you haven't been bitten by the acting bug but would like to help our in other capacities, please fill out the following form. Many of the jobs associated with a production don't require huge amounts of time to fulfill and you will find them rewarding and a great way to help keep the dramatic arts alive for all members of our region! Tech people and administrative volunteers are vital to our successm so if you'd like to help out in those areas, take a few minutes to fill out the form below. Age Range Sorry, we have to ask it...what age range would the audience believe you to be?

If you have a Resume, that's great! Otherwise, tells us a little about your stage experience.

Let us know if you have any upcoming scheduling conflicts, committments that might interfere with rehearsals, allergies or physical conditions that we should be aware of since we wouldn't want to cast you in the part of, say, a tumbler, if you have a bad knee!
